Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
however, my apartment was chosen to be completly renovated. The other apartments are in need of updates. I lived in a townhouse...the flooring is old and almost paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. And the stompping was the worst. My apartment was nice, but i would not live there again simply because Michelle in the office is money hungry and tries to gouge everyone.
Beware...if you move in your rent is due on the 2nd of every month...they don't make that clear and charge $75 if you're late. For your first month there is no warning or reminder...and no mercy...they got me and 2 other residents with this.
