I have lived here since jan 06 and I couldn't be more dissappointed.I have yet to get sceens installed on my back door windows.I have a hole in the wall that has been patched but not painted,(6mos).the pool is the nastiest I've seen.One worker told me they "try" to clean it once a week.They die their carpets and loose their color soon after you have a little traffic and appear dirty,but it's the die coming out.The railings are metal and the one at my place are rusted thru and dangling.
