We have been here almost 4 years and are leaving at the end of this lease. It has been a horrendous experience. Maintenance has been minimal - the buildings are in terrible shape. The previous owner (Aimco) was unbelievably cheap and the new owners (Stephen Bell) do not seem much better. The office staff has consistently been rude and very uncooperative. They treat tenants as if we are nuisances. Our unit has had no screens since the day we moved in. There are water stains on the ceilings they never repaired. One room had holes in the wall that they simply filled in and painted over. It looks terrible. The day we moved in our kitchen cabinets had specks of white pain splattered all over it from the "painters". I opened one closet door to unpack clothes and found a pile of cigarette butts on the floor. Its truly an expensive tenament. Parking is hell. There are never enough spaces. The security gates NEVER work. The parking lot lights stay off for long periods of time - at night. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE.

I had a dear friend robbed at gunpoint there. The police officer told him that if were his son he would not want him living in any of the apartments over there.
