Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
These were built in the early 80's. The contractor cut every corner possible including the use polybutylene plumbing and no insulation. AC & Heat not effective enough to cool and heat efficiently. I find it hard to believe these apartments pass inspection. A few years ago, cops busted a meth lab in one unit. Renters beware! Do not make this your home! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
