Its a nightmare living here. The current staff is without a doubt the worst that has rotated through here. They are totally non-responsive. If you can reach them - they are rude, seemingly bored by your concerns and never follow up. Its almost amazing how bad the customer service is. Just take our word for it! Its not a place to call home. Old and smelly units that have not been maintained at all. Everything is crooked. Not one of the units is the same in dimension to another. Its a very bizarre place. Its probably not structurally sound as there are several columns that have come loose on front porches and literally swing when its windy. Several new tenants here sit in their vehicles late at night and listen to their vehicle stereos. Loudly. Loud enough to wake one out of a sound slumber at 2 in the morning. And, it is almost a nightly event. Complaints about these types of problems NEVER get addressed. Never. Trust us - run. I hear the Grove right around the corner is a much nicer place. I am going to check them out.
