The office staff (Debbie & Adam) are complete idiots. They almost never answer the phone. Good luck talking to these people...they seem like aliens from another planet to me and my friend.
The parking...None! You get one reserved spot' I have had two times someone has parked in my spot in place of me. What will office do about it....write a letter...right..thanks. How about you tow the car'
The pic of the kitchen is the same fake one from the Craigslist Ad I responded to. I was in horror when I moved into my apartment and saw my kitchen. I was verbally promised that I had a completely updated apartment. My apartment still has original cabinets...like 30 years old. The coutertops are just sprayed with a black coating for an appearance of "granite". The flooring is vinyl and cheap. I blame myself for not demanding to view my actual apartment before signing the lease. It had been a few years since I have lived in apartments and I messed up.
The A/C works the first 2 hours and then it keeps running, but blows regular air. The apartment is constantly warm and stale. It was like 65 degrees outside a few weeks ago for example and my apt was 74 degrees inside. I turned the a/c on, but as soon as I turned it off, it goes back to the warm and stale air inside.
The noise'' I can hear everything from outside. I hear people coughing or sneezing and think they are outside my window. I look out and realize they are half a football field away from me! I can't believe it. No wonder the apartment doesn't retain any cool air from the first 2 hours of the a/c. The noise from other apts is also horrible.
I see other people moving out and I'm so envious of them. I fatasize about me moving out and how happy I will be. I'm preparing myself for having to fight to get part of my deposit back, as I have heard stories of management not making much effort to pay people back their deposits.
I thought paying $100-200 extra a month was expensive for a better place, but it is well worth it. I saw a couple places more expensive, but you really get a lot more for your money. Lets face it...$600 is not cheap anyway for rent. Might as well pay a little extra and be happy.

Couldn't agree with you more. I certainly hope that some upper management people read this. Like Amanda Smith. She is the regional manager for Arkansas for Bell Properties. You can reach her at 501-628-8602. It literally took me days to track her down. But I had to. Because no one in the freakin office ever called me back!!! Honestly. The management at this location is so unbelievably poor and hostile towards tenants - its like a sitcom. You simply cannot believe how incompetent they are. Its mind boggling. Its just an awful place and it continues it downhill slide. The noise is getting worse here. Its already pretty bad because the walls are paper thin and there is virtually no insulation. But the parties and noise in the parking lots is getting almost scary to me. They let our courtesy officer go without even bothering to notify the tenants. So, if you have a noise problem you have to call the police. And then you have to wait for the police to show up so you can file an incident report with them. This is extremely annoying especially since the partying is usually very late at night. They then notify the apartment management who is supposed to follow up with you. HA!!! Don't hold your breath. The air conditioning units are awful and simply cannot adequately cool most of the units. We lived in a townhouse here for 2 years and complained constantly about this. We ran our A/C non-stop for 2 summers (and springs). Our Entergy bill was over $400 a month for those 2 years and it NEVER got below 76 in our apartment. They refused to replace the unit - even though it was ancient, broke constantly and was obviously not doing the job. We moved to what they call a "newly renovated" flat unit just because it was getting a new A/C unit. In retrospect we should have just moved to a different complex. We will though, as soon as can. The newly renovated units are literally a joke. You do get new kitchen appliances and carpeting but thats it. When we moved into a our "new" unit we had no screens. We still don't. Doesn't really matter though since all of our windows are painted shut. Please. Don't even consider it.
