Dont judge a book by its cover! Take it from us you might think the place looks nice but they have just put a pretty band aid on everything that is wrong with it. They need to demolish every building in here and start OVER!! This place is a total joke and is getting worse and worse everyday. When you need something you are not going to get it I.E. maintainance, or if someone parks in your one and only spot they dont care, OH and there so called professional pest control does not exist. They say that you are suppose to keep you dog on a leash and clean up after your animal HAHAHAHA. DONT GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT YOUR SHOES ON there is dog fecies on every patch of grass and rock around especially by the lovely signs that say if you dont have your pet on a leash or clean up after you will be FINED $25 to $250 (THEY DONT CARE) You can hear you neighbors walk above you, watch tv and even know when they go to the bathroom:( I think that they used tissue paper to line the walls with. If you are an unfortunate sucker that has a bottom unit you know that the winows are paper thin all you can hear is the peace of crap, cheap, noisey A/C unit that never stops running. You cant open your windows they are painted shut, hope there isn't an emergency and we have to get out the windows! If you have children dont move here people drive like it is a nascar track. A gated community with a non-functioning gate.

P.S. If you are looking for the maintainance man just step out side and listen for the man yelling from his balcony he is your man! Oh yeah if you have a maintainace problem he will stop by at 10 in morning on a week day when no one is home no weekend calls.

I wholeheartedly agree. The former staff was superior to this one - Dana was fantastic. I called the office - no answer - called again - no answer - I walk down there and THERE THEY SIT! They will NOT answer the phone. Why pay extra for security and the gate never works? I was stuck outside the gate at 1 AM after returning from the airport and could not get in. I called Directory asst. for the number for after hours help - (since they don't bother to put the number at the gate). I told them I was locked out - do you think they EVER CAME???? Nope - some man drove up behind me and thank God was a good person and he took the cap off the gate and manually opened it. The maintenance won't do anything - I have had all I want and can't wait till my lease is up! They act like you are imposing on them if you come with a concern - this place is AWFUL and I pay $945 a month BY MYSELF. I can't wait till November. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

A band-aid is a good way of putting it. New appliances, paint, and carpet don't equal a complete renovation. They are hiding the bad plumbing, a/c, windows, and no insulation from temperture or noise. You don't figure these things out till you live here. I got scammed too, but at least it was short term. I'm glad to see I'm not too picky and everyone shares the same feelings about this place.

am actually withholding rent until they deal with the air conditioning problem. We spent 6 entire days without an air conditioner in July. We could not get anyone...ANYONE to come to our unit. We virtually had no air. Now our unit runs 24 hours a day and it never EVER gets below 75 in here. In fact, most days and nights it is at 77. I cannot get anyone to respond to emails or concerns. Our Entergy bills are $300 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Why pay rent when they refuse to fulfill their end of the bargain?! Do not move in here. Its hell.
