When I signed the lease, I was promised prompt maintenance to any problems with their unit, clean grounds, and a parking spot, etc. Every day, piles of dog droppings were in front of my door and the grass was spotted brown from dog urine. They sent out flyers, but the culprits ignored them. The appliances are old and alway need repair, but they refuse to put new ones in. It took two months after I moved in to get the icemaker working in the fridge and the oven working. My central heating and air went out too and it took the 3 days after I pitched a fit to get it fixed. The walls were spot painted and dirty in places. I only noticed this after I signed the leas. The carpet was not cleaned properly upon moving in and large dirt spots began to appear after a couple of weeks in my new apt. Maintenance is a JOKE! The maintenance man is an incompetent dimwit and the new office staff is clueless and will blantantly lie in order to keep from addressing problems. I will be glad when my lease is up.

This property is also in the middle of a huge transition. Not only was it purchased by a new owner 2 months ago, the entire management has changed as well. As with any business, when ownership and management changes there is a transition period then things begin to trend uphill. Please, be patient. Thank you.
