I was told when I moved in a few months ago that the complex was bought by another company. From all the negative reviews I see from 2007, things must have changed for the good. I've had 2 minor situations that required maintenance. I left a low priority messages and they responded within a reasonable time. I've been impressed that spraying for insects is done routinely and I haven't seen any type of insects in my apartment. The two electric bills I received were very reasonable, which pleased me. I've found it to be a quiet community and see renters of all ages. One thing that drew me to this complex was the larger size of the units compared to other complexes.

Hi, i just wanted to know how much do you pay for electricity on average? My husband and i are moving into an apartment and wanted to get a rough idea. We are new to Arkansas so i really have to clue. Thanks!
