I have lived in many apartment complexes in Little Rock. This complex has the worst staff of any. There is no true manager - there is a 'floating manager' that splits time between this complex and a sister complex down the street. Management does not return phone calls. Management writes leases with different terms than they discussed with you. They do not follow through with the commitments that they make.

However, if you do not need to deal with management, the complex is not bad. Apartments are spacious. Some are renevated (which costs an extra fee per month), and the community is fairly quiet. I believe that my rent is cheaper than the nicer complexes in town, and given the amount of space I have, I consider it a good deal. If it weren't for management, I would highly recommend this community.
