We liked the look of these apartments and moved in without doing much other research. Wow, I wish I had read some reviews first! A quick Google search reveals other people having all the problems we're having! Constant break-downs, unable to get in touch with anyone in the office, and once you DO get someone on the phone, they are nice buy unable to do much to help. Everytime it rains hard, water runs across the floors, and they keep asking me if I'm certain my dog didn't pee, and that's why the carpet is wet'!!!! As if one dog could pee that much!!! Poorly insulated, enormous heating/cooling bills, poorly constructed, high turn-over of office staff, empty promises, maintainance nightmare... run run run away!!!
