Don't let the spacious rooms and nice grounds fool you, this place has serious problems. The office is a NIGHTMARE!!! They are rarely open, so getting questions answered or problems taken care of (or simply getting packages can take days). When packages do arrive, they are dropped off at a sister property up the road. The maintenance staff is good, but horribly understaffed, so it can take weeks to get things fixed, and the property is old enough, you will use them. The final straw came as the pool is still not opened despite our being told upon signing our contract that it would open on Memorial Day. We just turned in our notice to vacate.
