This was a great place to live until Bell took over. They turned the place upside down. The office staff is horrible and rude. The regional, I think her name is Amanda or something is a bold faced liar. I had a military discount and I didn't get it up front even after telling her that I was in the military. She then told me that I had to renew my lease to get it instead of doing the right thing and adjusting my current rent. The office staff are rude and the unorganized and the maintenance guys are being worked into the dirt. They still smile but you can feel the stress they are under from their company. The place is falling apart and good luck if the front gates ever work. They sold me a really bad deal and I hope they sell this property to another company soon before it is completely ruined. Horrible management company. Also my friends live at Pleasant Ridge and the place is in very bad shape as well. Same company. Don't be fooled by the large living areas, they cost a fortune to cool and heat. Bugs everywhere that bite and rodents. Parking is a joke. STAY AWAY!
