I shopped around forever looking for an apartment, and I thought I had found the best place to live. The first day, they had written down my move in date wrong so my apartment was not cleaned and the paperwork was not ready. I had all my furniture loaded up and ready to move in and they told me to come back in three hours. During the summer it is so loud...it is not well insulated for heat and air either. The staff is always rude and unhelpful. When I moved out they took away half of my deposit for cleaning...I have lived in three other apartments and have always gotten my full deposit back...and they never had cleaned it in the first place before I moved in. There were even still dishes in the dishwasher when I moved in!
