1. The management lies.
2. The maintenance guy is great, but he and his budget is extremely overwhelmed. Everything is 25 year old cheap (poorest quality HVAC, electrical, and building construction.) Don?t move in if your over 120 pounds? the balcony and front porch will fall down! It's funny, because their finance must think that using the cheapest stuff possible will save them money. Obviously, their budget makers aren't watching the yearly decay and exponential expense burden! They have potentially the best hot tub in town. However they refuse to address the problem and hire the right professional, but they stupidly keep throwing good money after bad at that hot tub. To show their mentality, I was told by a resident who's live there 10 years that the management has changed 3 times and each time they repeat the maintenance mistakes, and Donnie is the worst of them all. All I can say is what an idiot for living there 10 years!
3. The utilities are 35% higher than neighboring apartments.
4. There are more break-ins and robberies here than the worst part of Little Rock.

I agree on many of the things of this poster. Many of the things really are cheap quality and old staff. Including refrigerator, carpet, etc.
