This is a very noisy community and if you live on the first or second floor you will hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. There are lotss of soft spots and creaks in the floor. This is the noisiest complex I've ever lived in. I've had to complain to the front office numerous times about my upstairs neighbor and they really didn't do much about it.

Another thing about this complex is that they don't keep things maintained here. I would classify these apartments as starter apartments. There is nothing fancy about them. All of the appliances are at least 25 years old. Also I've lived here for well over a year and not once have they come out to change my air filter. My electric bill was close to $100 a month for my one bedroom apartment. They have also not come out to spray this place since I've lived here. Also, there are lots of pets in this community so be careful where you step!

Another warning about this place is they go up on the rent every time its time to renew your lease. There have been no visible improvements to these apartments so I don't understand that.

The maintenance staff was not efficient. I called them at least three times and they still didn't fix my toilet properly.

This is not a quiet, family oriented community. This is more of a party type place. I would NOT recommend anyone live here if they are looking for a peaceful, well maintained place to stay.
