Used to be good but going downhill

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
I lived there for 7 years. It was a nice complex with lots of profressionals and families when I moved in. But years later, the complex seemed to be turning into party central with cars with loud music blaring night and day. I swear I saw a drug deal one morning. Maintenance was always good and even came to fix our a/c at Midnight one summer night. I started to have some serious concerns about management when I found out that someone had been shot and killed at the complex and they didn't even make an annoucement or add security.
