I heard someone was shot here. I see cop cars outside my apartment all the time. My car was broken into within the first month of living here. The staff is negligent. One morning while I was a sleep they burst into my apartment and starting cleaning. Run!!! Don't rent this apartment...it is hell on earth!!!!

I lived here from 1995-97. I don't know if anyone has been shot in recent years, but my 18-year-old son was shot by an "outsider" in the parking lot just before we moved. Fortunately, it was not a life-threatening wound. The place was named "Williamsburg" when we lived there. It was very nice then but the quality of residents had started to deteriorate over the two years. I do not think I would live there now.
