Unfair to Residents on Visitor Parking

Riverwalk is very unfair to people that come to visit the Residents. They have not notified the residents that visitors can only park in certain areas and there are no signs posted along the fence that faces the Riverfront Drive. They will put a boot on your car and it is $95 to get it removed and it will be towed in 24 hours.
The management was totally uncaring about not wanting to issue a first time warning and refuses to post any notification signs.
They rate an F in customer servcie
