i agree with previous posts, parking here is a joke. the $95.00 fees are posted but it does seem like a total money-maker for someone. what seems strange to me is all of the handicapped spaces they have (even tho this mostly a younger-adult, more-active type crowd that lives here). it seems like Riverwalk paints a handicap emblem on every convenient parking space in the whole damn place. my guess is that they're trying to manipulate the residents in to forking over an extra $50.00 or whatever per month for the covered parking. i've never felt quite so 'used' as an apartment dweller.
i also agree that the office staff seem to be strictly 'by the rules'. they have their marching orders from corporate headquarter's investors and they're here to rake in the dough -- not make friends.
when i first signed my lease, i think my leasing agent was trying to tell me that things are a little wierd here. she was gone when i moved in 2 weeks later. now i think i see what she was talking about.
