Riverwalk Sucks!

Riverwalk is by far the worst and most expensive apartment I've ever lived in.
The maintenance staff never fixes anything correctly, and I always have to call them again regarding whatever they didn't fix in the first place. The apartment management staff changes all of the time and they are very unprofessional about resovling issues tenants have.
My roof leaked ever since I moved in and to this day, has not been fixed. This has brought mold and mildew which the management denies, and with this has came many roaches, which is disgusting.
Also - the cops are at Riverwalk fairly often. MOre often in the summer when everyone is out and about or at the pool.
I would not recommend this aparment community to anyone. The only good thing is location and there are better apartments in the Riverdale area that are nicer.
