Stephen Bell bought Riverwalk, which has had a great and fun reputation in Little Rock. He took away our clubhouse, sauna, social events, and claimed that he was making improvements but just covered the place with atrocious paint, took away cable TV and raised rent significantly. Every longer term resident has moved out or is in process of doing so. MOLD is also a serious problem. I met the guy who built the complex in the 80's and he had to fire his first plumber. That tends to explain issues with moisture, why so many residents are sick from mold infestation and why the roaches are so out of control but the management will deny this.

you forgot the rats! i see them running along the tops of the roofs when i sit on my balcony. if i were a chic i'd prob flip. LOL! this place sux. i will not be renewing my lease. i see the revolving door of people that work here and then the next day don't. i think it's a sign of trouble to come. the place is going to hell. even the maintenance guy is moving. don't the employess live here for free? so what's up with that?

I live at another Bell property, and since they have taken over, it's gone downhill FAST. I can't get maintenance to fix things, and when they do, it's halfway done. Management won't call police when incidents happen, say they are not allowed to do so. ??? Yes, I agree--stay away from ANY Steven Bell property.
