I have lived at RiverWalk during the past management and under new management. The only reason I lived there for two years is I didn't want to move again, especially not from a third floor apartment.
The maintenance people don't ever fix things right. Sometimes parking is difficult, unless you live in the apartments next to the visitor parking. The office staff isn't very helpful. It's like they don't even care. The new management is making updates to the apartments, but they don't really look any better than they did before. It's all just to keep people and get new people to live in. When I moved in a couple years ago, there was a waiting list to get in. Now - you can move in immediately because there are a ton of empty apartments (surprise, surprise!)
I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. You can move across the street for a little more money and better apartments (from what I hear).
If you can, I would recommend buying/renting a house. THat's what I did!
