I never had a problem here, and the new updates are great.

Compared to the other options in that part of Little Rock, it was a good deal.

compared to what? the ghetto? this place is not worth the money! i am from houston.. and yes the rent is comparable to these. HOWEVER.. you get real granite, and real hardwood floors... and a nice tub. these are just old with a little bit of touch up but OLD
