I moved in because of the location. Rent is too high for the overall quality. Had some nice and friendly staff before but none of them stayed longer than a few months. The staff is probably changing on a quarterly basis. So i never bother to memorize their names.
Then the current manager came in -- NIGHTMARE!!! She has the look 24/7 that makes me feel I have done something terrible. Even when you just go in to pick up a package, she'll give you this "attitude". I try not to have too much contact with her.
Rent goes higher every time you renew. Doesn't matter how long you've been living here.
Got to say the maintenance guys are nice though.
