Rock Street Lofts have a very convienent downtown location right next to the River Market. As mentioned in another review the tenants are mostly young professionals and they are rarely noisy. They do quarterly pest control spraying that really works.

I have never needed their maintanence for anything, so I can't comment on them. But the good news is I never had a reason to call maintanence. The rental office was always very nice.

They have a nice roof top patio that doesn't seem to be heavily used, but was nice to sit out on.

I really liked the interior design of the place.

I only have very minor complaints.

The parking can sometimes be tricky if you want to have people over. The lot is for tenants only, but you can usually have a friend or two park there without any problems. However, if you have a lot of people over or you want someone to come over while an event is going on downtown, they will probably have to pay to park somewhere else. Was only an issue 2 or 3 times in the year I lived there.

I also had some trouble with my cell phone service working in parts of my apartment due to the brick walls.

It is right next to a bus depot, so you will people walking through the parking lot all the time and going through the dumpster. However, I never had any problems with them.
