We lived here for 18 months, and we moved because we wanted to live in a house.
The apartments are nice, we had a three-bedroom and it was very convenient. However, in a perfect world, they would be built in a better way: insulation is not that good, you can fell temperature changes according to the rooms, you can hear the neighbors, etc.
Having said that, the staff is great, Alan, Brad and Judy are very nice, and we haven't had any problems at all.
The outside is neat, there is a playground for the kids, a swimming pool, fitness center, tanning salon etc.
Except for the fact that the construction is far from perfect, although you pay a high price (but hey, you pay for the location too!) I would highly recommend this apartment complex to live in.
