Management is misleading--the show apartment is gorgeous, but the actual apartment is not. Buildings are not maintained properly, as there is only one maintenance person for the 200 complex. The laundry facilities rarely work, and the parking lots are neither properly lit nor maintained. Also, management does not adequately screen applicants, which leads to unwelcomed elements living at close quarters.
