Overall, very good, but maintenance is a problem

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
The management is excellent, the apartments are nice, they're convenient to shopping, good schools and freeways, and there's generally pretty good parking. Nice pool, okay playground when it isn't covered in water or full of mud. They should put down wood or rubber chips for kids' safety, however.

Maintenance is poorly executed and extremely slow. Fortunately, it's not often needed.
