I have lived here for less than one year, however, Summit House is the best place I have ever lived. Renee Allen and Jodie Mathews, the office staff, are very professional yet, kind and fun. The current Maintenence staff really care about the residents and their needs. The quality of the work done is exceptional. Needless to say the view is outstanding. Sage Properties, the owner of Summit House, makes it very clear that they care about the residents as well as the property. I would reccommend this property to anyone.
