Summit House is located in an almost perfect location; close to area schools, shopping, hospitals, and much more. The grounds and common areas are well maintained and user friendly. The staff is caring and understanding, more like family than a landlord. Management hosts a monthly resident get-to-gether, from wine tastings to game nights to cook-outs. Maintenance staff is professional and knowledgeable, and completes most requests same day! You just couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
