Management is great. I lived here for two years now. All utilities paid including electricity,heating,gas,garbage,sewage. Parking is not a problem. Clean and neat apartment. Free coffee in four flavours in the lobby with a TV to watch. Swimming pool. Laundry room is very clean too with a TV in it. There is a vending machine for drinks,snacks and change machine in there. Maintanaince is really fast you don't have to tell them more than once. Every six months you can make a request for free carpet cleaning and to change your ac filter. If you are not in the house then they will keep your package in the office safely. close and secured apartment. Routine pest control check up Only problem is a little noise from outside when an emergencies vehicle passes by and pets are not allowed. There is also referral money. There is discount for UAMS employees too. Free 31 days bus pass of Central Arkansas Transit is available. Overall good apartment for bachelors,students of nearby schools like UALR,UAMS, St.Vincent, VA but, if you have kids then there is no playground.
