CONS: Water leaks from the window when it rains, Air condition has a mold, if you are facing to the south apartment gets very hot, while you are taking a shower water suddenly comes so hot that it will burn your skin then it will come suddenly cold, elevator takes a while, laundry facility most of the time is broken,especially on weekends when you have to do laundry and it takes forever.pool is crowded most of the time they bring their family and friends from other places, no fitness center, pets are allowed from small to large one, it used to be like no pets allowed

Pros, management is nice, lobby is clean, vending machine, outgoing mail, utilities included in rent
