there are many problems here.. water bill does not come on time, and it would have a short notice for paying. the staff is not friendly. you have to remind them again and again for any maintenance work.

The Berkley Staff is great!! Everytime I go to the office they are always friendly. When I have an emergency work order it's done. This property has came a long way! Change is good and people need to realize that.
