I moved into The Reserve at Walnut Ridge in 2003, and I absolutely loved it. I lived in a 1 bedroom loft style townhouse, very close to one of the ALWAYS-CLEAN pools. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I never had a single maintenance issue that wasn't handled promptly and correctly. I never had trouble with neighbors or loud music. My car did get vandalized, but that is going to happen at ANY apartment complex, no matter where you are. The staff was super friendly, and always ready to help. I wish I had never moved out!

I lived in 1 bed room house for 1 and half year. The management is not at all responsible. My house got leaked 3 times in a year. half of the summer is passed, but the pools r not yet ready.

Our management team here at The Berkley is overly committed to nothing but first rate customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors. I deeply apologize for you having a not so warm experience; however we have put multiple internal controls in place to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I am also excited to say that both of our sparkling salt water pools are open and being enjoyed by all residents and their friends.
