The Berkley; A Change Has Come!

I am the Community Manager (and a resident) at The Berkley Apartment Homes and I really appreciate current, past, and potential residents taking the time to express their views in settings like Apartment Ratings. Since arriving as Manager back in June 2008, I had 3 priorites in mind; Customer Service, Building Community, and Maintenance.
It's safe to say that our residents are owed nothing but prompt and precise service in every aspect; and I want to apologize on behalf of the old "regime" for an apparent failure to provide what our company is all about: nothing but the best for our residents.
I try my best to make things right with people- so I welcome you to come visit with me and see the New Berkley, and I would be more than happy to take you to Starbucks and we can chat about Berkley, sports, or anything else!
