I have been a resident at The Berkley Apartments for a couple of years now. I enjoy living here because it's a peaceful place. The office staff is nice and always willing to help. The Health and Living Center has recently been updated, and I admire it a lot. Overall the parking and landscaping is great. If I had a chance to move I wouldn't because, I love it here to much. The pools during all the seasons are always sparkling and clean. Everytime I have work order or an emergency The Berkley Staff always handles the issues.

A lot of things have changed with The Berkley Apartment Homes. There are more meetings and programs for the residents. We have a better movie collection and also a computer station in the office. We also have a refreshment center in the office! I think that is great because I can get coffee and pay my rent. Everytime I renew my lease I look foward to a prize or something special.
