I dont have time to go on these things and talk bad about things but I will when good things happen. The Berkley is a good place, I have been here 9 years and raised my family. So many managers and office assistants I lost count. But for the first time we have a good team there. Reason why our power went out yesterday. 100 degrees and people were pissed. Maintenance guy came and Manager came and hung out with us for a while, called the power company, and told us all the deal. And even when it took Energy hours to get us back on he came back and knocked on my door and my neighbors to make sure we came back on. He even took us to the show apartment and gave us cold water. That stuff makes a difference and I am signed my new lease this week, thanks Berkley.
