I was here for 4 years and was generally quite happy. Saw several management teams come ang go. Most recent team could do a little better keeping the parking lot and mailbox houses in better repair. But otherwise, I had no real complaints. Maintenance was good, complex was really quiet, and I thought it was a good value. I was in a two-bedroom unit, and the master bedroom was huge. I suppose I could quibble with the floor plan, which was a long, shotgun-style hallway, which meant that getting ready for work in the morning required a lot of running back and forth from the far end of the apartment (bedroom) to the kitchen. But that's minor. Overall, I think it's every bit comparable to the way more expensive places further out Chenal, for much more reasonable money.
