I have lived at the Landings for about 2 years now and I think that it is great. I really like the wooded look and there is very nice landscaping. We have a new manager who is very nice and takes the time to talk to you. I do agree that people don't clean up after their pets but that is something that you would have to deal with probably in a lot of places that allow pets. I don't have a big problem with parking. Depending on what time you get home, you may have to park a couple of buildings down, but hey, it is not a huge complex so it is not that far. I love my apartment, and the only reason why I have to leave in January is because I moved to Texas, otherwise I would be at the complex until finding a house. The maintenance staff is very speedy also! It is also quiet!
