Have been here a couple months. I move alot and have seen a lot of apts.

-Parking is good.
-External noise is minimal. Few bad thigns about noise. If you stand within 2 feet of the front door, you can hear everything in the living room. Also can hear everything in the 2nd br
-Grounds are below avg. They could really do a lot to up the feel of the APT. Pool sucks and my first impression of this apt from the outside did not impress me at all.
-Overall i feel safe here. If you are looking for a upscale feel apt, this is not it, but a really down to earth good apt. They get the most important things done right.

The area of town is very safe and the neighbors all seem friendly. A lot of families and a lot of people hang out on their decks. There is also a very long running trail behind the complex which is nice

Management has been good so far and responsive to all repair requests. My apt had all new carpet and recently painted.
