I was impressed with the overall appearence of the property. The management recieves an overall good grade for excellent maintenance reponse times. Grounds were well kept and tenant facilities (fitness, pool, business office) are always neat and clean. Having said that....
Ants. Lots and lots of ants. I believe the ants may be drawn by the material used to landscape the trees but that would only be a guess. The parking is awful. We have a 2 Br apartment and only received 1 parking space. We have to find another place to park our other car or park it in front of the building. Also, the walls are thin. The construction is beautiful but cheap. I would bet that for the money they could afford some better carpet. Not only is it not comefortable, the padding has to be about 1/8th of an inch think. There were no gripper edges or metal strips in the doorway and after living there for a period of time you start to feel the break in the flooring. Finally, the windows are not well insulated. I could stand in my bedroom window and feel the air coming in. Or I could just sit on my bed and watch the blinds move. Overall I would recommend this property to those looking for a status symbol or to young single or married professionals in housing transition. Nice to visit (6 to 18 months) but I wouldn't want to stay there.
