The apartments are nice and well located. But, the construction is marginal in my opinion, given that they have even sent around notices asking tenants not to wash clothes after 10pm because it disturbs the neighbors. There is also inadequet parking, and they limit this. My wife and I had a three bedroom apartment, but we were told we had to park our third car on the street, outside of the complex, because we were only allowed two spots (this was not communicated when we moved in). Finally, upon moving out the management ratained 100% of our deposit, citing dirty carty. But, we have floor area rugs in all trafficed areas, so this could not have been possible. Also the management is not very good, in my opinion, at keeping paperwork, so be sure to get any commitment in writing. Be very carefully with the deposit and write down every little scratch in the check in sheet before entering.
