If you want a nice place to stay in Downtown Little, Rock, this is the one. The apartments are new and the grounds are kept clean and nice. The majority of the residents are either graduate students or professionals. There are not many kids around, so the grounds are extremely quiet. Almost too quiet. The staff is great, and they will work hard to answer all of your requests. The apartments are located in a reasonably safe area. The only crime that the apartments attract are car break ins and a few burglaries. These crimes result from the homeless camps in the park down the road and the cheap apartment complexes located nearby. Overall, this is a great place to live and a safe place to sleep. Although--- watch out for the SPIDERS. I swear I discovered the largest spider in Little Rock living in my apartment while I was there!!!

I had the same problem when I lived there! Though it was a nice place, I got bitten by spiders four times while living there! One put me in the emergency room and then on meds! I swear I killed one at least every other day. But I was on the ground floor, so maybe that made it worse..
