Expensive, but nice

As this was my first apartment out of college, it was VERY NICE compared to what I was used to! I barely ever heard neighbors, it was very peaceful, and the grounds are nice. I enjoyed walking at the nearby park - it's a nice area and convenient to downtown.
The office staff was super nice. Some people have mentioned parking problems, and I had several instances where someone was in my spot and the office was closed, which was VERY inconvenient when you have groceries to carry in!
The only real problem I had though were the spiders, which may have been worse because I was on the ground floor. I had to kill them at least once or twice a week, and even got bitten four different times, once ending up in the ER and on meds (it was infected). So be careful of that!
