Worth the rent

The concrete in the halls could be cleaned with a tad more frequency; otherwise, there isn’t a maintenance issue which isn’t addressed quickly. Assigned parking violations are addressed quickly and there is abundant convenient unassigned parking.

It would be a stretch to find something to complain about.
