I totally agree with the poor maintenance of the property! For the amount in rent, i expect things to be taken care of in a timely response. I have been waiting over 2 months for something to be fixed. But maybe if i spoke to the staff and not the answering service it would help! It is a shame that such a nice property is getting run down. I will be moving to a newer property when my lease is up.
