The Park at Riverdale raised the rent on us after six months, so we had to move. It was needlessly expensive to begin with.
Over a month after we had moved out, they stick us with a $350 bill, saying that we had pet stains on our carpet. One huge problem: We never had pets.
We had recurring problems of bugs in our bathtub.
Parking is absurd. My wife had an assigned spot, and I had to park on the complete opposite side of the complex. And if you have company over, they will have to make the long hike to your apartment as well.
The gates make the apartments seem cool and exclusive, but really they are just an inconvenience. Sometimes you have to wait in line to get in, and if you want to go out on your bike, you have to wait for somebody else to open up the gate. Otherwise, you're trapped in.

Did this apartment have spiders? I read another review that mentioned spiders being in their apartment.
