We've been living here for a while now, and we are certainly going to move: The apartments are nice, though the issolation is bad bad bad. You can hear your neighbors, and God knows that it has become noisy!

The management is bad, with a few exceptions. Don't ask for anything!

The maintenance guys are rude, except for one of them,

Only one parking spot per apartment, and if someone takes your spot (which happens quite often), you have nothing to do but park your car way over there and walk (nice with the kids or the groceries)! They will give you a number to call for someone to come and ut a boot on the other car, but you can wait and wait, it takes at least three hours for the guy to come!!

Really, if the management was good, it would be worth the price, cause it's a great location and a nice building, but right now, it is not worth it!

I am a leasing consultant in the Dallas area. We have very similar ammenities here at the property I currently reside. Covered parking is a difficult issue and every property that I have had the oportunity to speak with hates assigned parking for that same reason. Someone always parks in there spot. We warn them and a couple weeks later it's a different car. It is never the same car and we never know exactly who's car it is. Everyone here wants to have an assigned spot but no one likes the fact that someone might park in that space accidently. It's funny how the most clean cut person can actually act like a 2 year old baby over parking spots. In New York no one has a parking spot right outside their office or right outside their door. Hell my uncle works in downtown LR and has to walk 6 blocks sometimes. It happens and management is always that bad guy because the tow company doesn't come out as fast as the resident likes. I'm sorry but get over it. Management works hard to do the best they know how.
