Noisy airconditioners (it sounds like a freight train and it rattles the doors, we thought we were being buglarized the first time we heard it).

Paper thin walls: I know my neighbors business, when they shower, flush the toilet, and otherwise.

Parking is in short supply and the gate tries to close on you when you enter the parking lot. You can always park, but might have to walk a bit.

Fixtures: there is a paper towel jammed in a hole where a light fixture should be in the ceiling in the shower. The cabinents are cheap looking and ugly.

These apartments could have been luxury if a few fixes were made, but the nice layout and good pool don't fit the other cheap parts of the decor.
