When I first moved into these apartments I thought I was paying extra for a nice apt in a great location. Now I see that I am just paying for great location. These apartments are too expensive for what you are truly getting. You can not sleep through a neighbor taking a shower because apparently the builders skipped the insulation process completely. Also the gates have become such a nuisance...they are broken every other week. I once had to get out of my car in the pouring rain and squeeze through a gap to push in the code...to get OUT of the gate..not in. Not to mention that I live in a 2 bedroom and was given only 1 parking spot. My roommate has to park in guest parking'' The last apt I lived in was only 625 a month and was much nicer than these. I am moving as soon as the lease is up.
